Eligibility

  • Your Property Taxes must be delinquent. (Please note: current taxes may also be paid if included with payment for taxes that are past due)
  • You must be at least 18 years of age. (Property owners over the age of 65 may be eligible for exemption(s) and/or deferment)
  • Your property must have a minimum appraisal value of $50,000. (If the property is a mobile or manufactured home, the land value must have a minimum appraisal value of $50,000)
  • You cannot currently be in bankruptcy.
  • You must be the owner of the property.
  • There cannot be a Federal Tax Lien attached to the property.
  • You must have means of repaying the loan.
